Terms of registration for parties

  1. There is no extra charge for party sessions.
  2. There must be a minimum of participants to reserve a session.
  3. The Party planner will select any available session and select his/her meals.
  4. The Party planner pays only for their own meals. All others will sign up and pay individually.
  5. All members of the party must sign up days prior to the party or session will be opened to the public. However, those members of the party already registered will remain in the session. It will be the responsibility of the party planner to coordinate full sign up.
  6. Once the Party planner has completed the registration, they will be provided a code to share with all other members of the party. Each participant will need this code to register.
  7. The Party planner will instruct all party members to log onto the WeekDay Gourmet web site and go to party sessions. Choose "Sign up for existing party", then supply the appropriate code. The participant will then be able to register for him/herself.
