Can this really save me time and money?
Oh yes! You can prepare delicious meals for the whole family in two fun-filled hours without the burden of planning, shopping or cleaning up the mess. It’s easy, economical and a fresh, healthy way to have meals on the table in a much shorter time.
What should I expect?
Upon your arrival we’ll have your apron, meal selection, food containers and a spot in the frig waiting just for you. Each of your menu selections will be prepared at a different station that is conveniently set up with easy-to-follow-instructions. All of the utensils and ingredients you’ll need will be there. You’ll just combine. It’s easy!
We use only fresh, high-quality, healthy ingredients. And recipes can be adjusted to accommodate dislikes or food allergies.
One of our WeekDay Gourmet professionals will guide you through the meal prepping process and answer any questions you may have before, in between or after.
Can I divide my meals in half?
No problem! To create smaller portions, many of our meals can be divided and packaged in two. It’s a great idea for small families. Just let us know ahead of time by selecting the “split” option on the menu screen when making your selections so we can have your containers ready when you arrive.
I’m not a good cook, is that OK?
Of course! You’re going to love WeekDay Gourmet. We will have all of the ingredients chopped and ready upon your arrival. Our easy-to-follow recipes will be posted at each station but, as always, a WeekDay Gourmet professional will be available to help and answer all questions.
What should I bring?
We’ll provide the freezer ready pans, foil and sealed bags required for your meals. Feel free to bring your own containers or dishes if you prefer. Each meal is stored in our refrigerator after you prepare but for long trips home, you may want to bring a cooler. We will also have bags available for you to transport meals. And just so you don’t get messy, we’ll put you in a WeekDay Gourmet apron while you’re here. (Also available for sale).
Do I cook my meals there?
No, all of the meals assembled here at the WeekDay Gourmet kitchen are ready to cook or freeze when you arrive home. Specific cooking and thawing instructions will be labeled to each meal that you complete.
What if I have to cancel my session?
We understand, but for planning purposes we ask that you call us as soon as possible.
When cancelling with less than 5 days notice, we will be glad to reschedule your session or,
for an additional preparation charge, we'll assemble your meals for you to pick up. When
cancelling your session with 5 or more days notice we will refund your money in full or
reschedule to a more convenient time or for an additional preparation charge we'll assemble
your meals for you to pick up.
What else do I need to know?
Before you arrive, clean out your home freezer of outdated items to make room for your delicious WeekDay Gourmet meals.
Schedule your session solo or with friends. We’ll offer wine and soft, soothing music.
